We’re delighted to welcome pet pals at our villa. Pets must be supervised by their owners at all times. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we’ve established the following guidelines:

pet types

We welcome domesticated dogs and cats. Please advise us in advance if you plan to bring your pet pals. Failure to inform us will incur a charge of PHP 200 per pet.

Size Limitation

While we accept pets of all sizes, please be mindful of the space available in our villa. Larger pets may require additional space considerations.

Number of Pets

Feel free to bring up to two (2) pets. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring more than two pets. An extra small pet may be accommodated, with an associated supplementary fee of PHP 200.

pet behavior

Pets must be well-behaved and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggression, or disruptive behavior may result in eviction from the premises.

pet supplies

Please bring your pet’s essentials, including bedding, food, and water dishes. While we provide a pet-friendly environment, we recommend familiar items to help your pet feel comfortable during their stay.

pet waste

Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets. Make sure to bring along any necessary waste disposal supplies for your pet such as litter box, disposable bags, etc. Kindly ensure to properly discard pet waste in the outdoor trash bins provided around the villa premises. Please note that an additional charge of PHP 500 may apply for excessive cleaning required due to pet waste.

restricted areas

For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in certain areas like the swimming pool.

damages

Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Any damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.

By agreeing to stay at our pet-friendly villa, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a welcoming environment for all guests, both human and furry! Thank you for choosing our villa for your vacation.
