reservation

cancellation & refund

  • Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than less than 7 days prior to check-in may incur a cancellation fee of PHP 2,000.
  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • If you fail to show-up without prior notification, no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

modification policy

  • Requests to modify your booking (e.g., change in number of guests, time, or date) are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
  • Request for modifications is subject to a modification fee of PHP 2,000.
  • Once a modification request has been confirmed by the management, it cannot be canceled or reverted back to the original reservation without approval from the management.
  • All modification requests are subject to availability of the villa and must be confirmed by the management.
  • The management reserves the right to decline modification requests if the requested dates or time selections are not available.

payment

  • A refundable security deposit of Php 1,000 is required in addition to the rental payment.
  • The remaining balance of the rental fee must be paid upon check-in.
  • We accept payment via:
    • Cash
    • Bank Transfer (Security Bank, BPI)
    • E-wallet (GCash)

Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. Proof of identification may be required upon check-in.

Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to abide by the rules and regulations outlined in the rental agreement and to respect the property and its neighbors. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
