booking & rates

Rate: PHP 2,000 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Extension: Subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Additional hours will be charged at the same hourly rate.

check-in & check-out

For security and check-in purposes, the guest who made the reservation must be present before we can allow other guests inside the villa. We appreciate your understanding!

Flexible check-in/out: Available upon request, subject to approval

guest limit

Villa space can accommodate up to 25 pax (including crew, talent, and guests).

equipment & setup

All setup and teardown must be done within your booked hours. Inform us ahead if you’ll be bringing large props, lights, or backdrops.

Putting up decorations that can leave a mark or damage the property is not allowed.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the space. All areas and furniture should be left in their original condition. Deep cleaning or repair costs due to misuse will be charged accordingly.

content restrictions

Commercial use is allowed; however, you must obtain the necessary permits or releases if required by law.
Adult or explicit content shoots are prohibited.

no smoking

Smoking indoors is not allowed. Please use the patio and dispose of butts properly. Charges will apply for any smoking-related damage.

child safety

For guests traveling with children, please supervise them at all times, especially around potential hazards such as swimming pools, balconies, stairs, and electrical outlets.

pet pals

Up to two (2) well-behaved pets are welcome. Please clean up after them. Owners are responsible for any cleaning or damages caused by their pets. See our pet policy for more details. Kindly inform us in advance if you’ll bring your pets.

water & power

Help us conserve energy and water by turning off lights, air conditioning, and faucets when not in use.

cleaning & trash disposal

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during your stay. Please ensure all waste is disposed of in the designated trash bins. Cleaning fee may be charged if excessive cleaning is required after check-out.

amenity use

Feel free to utilize the amenities offered during your stay, including the swimming pool, roof deck, fire pit, and portable griller. Please ensure that these facilities are left in a clean and tidy condition after use.

Swimming Pool: Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Fire pit & Roof deck: Use of the roof deck is till 10 PM only.

fire safety

The use of candles or open flames is prohibited inside the property. In case of a fire emergency, familiarize yourself with the nearest fire exits and fire extinguisher locations.

security

For your safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.

CCTV

For your safety and security, we have installed CCTV cameras outside and inside the villa. These cameras help monitor the premises and deter any unauthorized activities. Rest assured that your privacy is respected, and the cameras are strategically placed to avoid sensitive areas.

Outdoor CCTV cameras are located at the gate entrance, patio area and, pool area.
Indoor CCTV cameras are located in the kitchen entrance and, living room.

damages & breakages

Guests are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items.
The villa owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

guest behavior

Guests must comply with all applicable laws and local regulations during their stay. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal activities may result in immediate eviction without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Liability and Indemnity: The property owner or management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses or losses that occur during the Guest’s stay.
